Delicious Grain Free Granola
Oh hello grain free friends!
This isn’t exactly like a traditional granola of course, but it’s a great grain free option that is filling and nutritious.
It’s also INCREDIBLY easy to make, and SUPER delicious!

This is an undetermined amount of servings due to each of us having different requirements for feeling full, but it lasts me about 3 solid breakfast.
Ingredients
1 Apple
2 TBSP Chia Seeds (feel free to use pre-blended ones if you don’t want chia teeth… you know what I’m sayin’.
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
3 TBSP Pumpkin Seeds
2 TBSP Coconut Oil (Optional)
1 - 2 Dates Roughly Chopped. Make sure the pits are out!
1/2 - 1 tsp Cinnamon
(Optional) Squeeze of fresh lemon juice. This helps keep the apple from browning, but honestly once it’s all blended together it just looks like granola.
Pinch of salt
I actually double this recipe to last my family of four a couple of days. My son could eat it all in one sitting he loves it so much! I serve this with a boiled egg for him.

Instructions
Put all the things in a food processor and pulse until everything is looking like it’s granola-ish!
Eat it!

Final Thoughts And Serving Ideas
I LOVE this with a good splash of homemade cashew or almond milk (any milk will work) and a dollop of my berry chia seed jam.
It’s also great with a drizzle of almond butter and sliced bananas, with fresh berries and coconut yogurt (or regular), or just straight up. If you’re looking to add extra healthy fat, I sometimes do a drizzle of MCT oil over the top to feed my brain some love.
Store it in the fridge for about 4 days, but know that the colour will change a bit.
It’s still delicious!
As with all recipes this is just a guide so feel free to swap everything out with any nuts and seeds you want.
Add ginger or make it apple pie flavours, or whatever you’re heart desires! Just be sure to share your changes with me so I can try it!
If you love it please post it on your social media (if that’s your jam) and tag me! I would love to see how you serve it up and continue to grow and share healthy healing foods with everyone.
Gut happy!
