A Short Guided Practice for Feeling Healthier and Happier.

I want you to imagine how you would feel if you woke up tomorrow and felt healthy.

Mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy.

Healthy and whole and peaceful.

Imagine waking up with energy and zest for the day.

Having the capacity to stay present and connected to your family and friends.

Having the strength and sustained energy to use your body in some kind of movement that makes you feel good.

Having the clarity to work towards your goals and view things from new perspectives.

Having the motivation to work at challenges with creativity and courage.

Having a peaceful heart so no matter where you are — you feel connected, calm and present.

Imagine how that would make you feel.

Simmer in it.

Stew in that feeling.

Breathe into that this feeling.

Now think of ONE thing that you could do, change, or tweak that would positively influence how you feel in your day. That would get you closer to that feeling you just created.

One small thing.

Maybe it’s to start meditating, journalling or a gratitude practice.

Maybe it’s to start having family dance parties, quiet and gentle stretch sessions, or training for something epic.

Maybe it’s to start looking at what you eat as fuel for your body and mind, or making healthy home cooked meals using more veggies and simple ingredients.

Maybe it’s to rest and relax more.

There is no one size fits all when it comes to imagining what healthy looks like.

It’s yours to imagine and yours to create and yours to live.

What small thing would make an impact?

What tiny tweak would start to shift things?

When could you fit that one little idea into your day?
